Provide us with your employee's hours and we will print out a report showing gross wages, withholdings, and net wages the same day. In addition to your weekly payroll, we would prepare all of your federal and state reports (941s, NYS 45s, tax deposit coupons, W-2s, etc.) For payroll audits, you can even have the auditors come directly to our office and this usually avoids you having to deal directly with them. Finally, we can prepare your 1099s if your business rents or pays someone else for their services.

Combine our bookkeeping services with our income tax service to allow you to manage your tax liability throughout the year so you have more control over your financial position.
